With over 13 years of deep technical expertise as a Senior Enterprise Architect, Boubacar has designed high-throughput, secure infrastructure for some of the most regulated industries in the world. His career spans architecting data pipelines processing tens of millions of events at global financial institutions, building centralized Single Sign-On infrastructure for U.S. state governments, and developing healthcare applications that address acute human challenges.
Operating at the intersection of advanced academic research and enterprise execution, Boubacar is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Engineering and Computational Sciences at Tennessee State University. This academic rigor informs every architectural decision at Scrutari, ensuring systems are grounded in peer-reviewed science and computational stability.
Under Boubacar’s leadership, Scrutari AI has pioneered the integration of Rust-native AI capabilities directly into edge computing infrastructure, delivering zero-latency, memory-safe inference for industrial safety monitoring, healthcare revenue integrity, and post-quantum cryptographic security.
