Do you bill for model usage?
No. On Growth and above you bring your own provider keys, so the model invoice stays with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or AWS. We charge a flat subscription for the gateway that governs the traffic; we never resell tokens or mark them up.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter is the post-quantum TLS product: hybrid X25519 + ML-KEM-768 termination in front of the backend you already run, up to 5 routes. Growth adds the governed AI gateway: the OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible inference API, bring-your-own-key routing across five providers, and the signed, Merkle-anchored AI audit trail, plus higher limits and up to 50 routes.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Starter is free: hybrid post-quantum TLS termination on up to 5 routes, one workspace per person, no card required. Growth adds the governed AI gateway and team limits at $99/mo, with the first 30 days free and no card up front. We charge where we add ongoing value for teams, not for trying the product.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Growth is $990/yr, a 17% saving against paying monthly. Starter is free, so there is nothing to pay annually. Enterprise is an annual contract with terms tailored to your procurement process.
What happens if a tenant hits its token quota?
Enforcement is fail-closed at the proxy: the request returns 429 rather than passing through and landing on your provider invoice. Quotas are per tenant on calendar-month UTC windows, and the block is written to the audit trail like any other outcome.
Do the assessment fees credit toward a subscription?
Yes. 100% of the assessment fee credits toward a Scrutari design partnership or first-year subscription signed within 60 days of delivery.
