Helios rides the same evidence engine that signs and anchors every request through our AI gateway, applied to the denial-and-appeal paper trail: intake, clinical documentation references, payer correspondence, reviewer decisions, timestamps. The output is an evidence pack your appeals team, the payer, or an administrative law judge can verify on their own machine with our open-source verifier. No Scrutari account, no network, no trust in us required.

It deploys where the PHI already lives: on-premises or in your Azure tenancy. Nothing leaves your environment to produce a pack.
